Need help with Rize: Alarm Challenge? Email efeaksoy9445@gmail.com and include your app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings tab). We usually reply within a few days.

Common questions

The alarm did not ring: check that Rize has alarm permission (iPhone Settings, Rize) and that the phone is on and charged.
Push-ups are not counted: prop the phone up so your face is clearly in the frame, and use a full range of motion. Without camera permission, lay the phone flat and bring your nose to the screen each rep.
Manage or cancel Rize Pro: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or in the app under the Pro tab, Manage subscription.
Delete your account: in the app, Settings tab, Delete Account at the bottom. This removes all data from the device and your iCloud.
