By downloading or using Rize: Alarm Challenge ("Rize", the "app") you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If anything here conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.
Rize is an alarm app that asks you to complete a wake-up challenge (for example solving math problems, repeating a pattern, photographing an object, or doing push-ups) before an alarm can be dismissed. An Apple account sign-in is required to use the app.
Alarms depend on your device: it must be powered on, not in a mode that silences alarms, and the app must have alarm permission. Software, hardware, or system conditions outside our control can prevent an alarm from ringing. Do not rely on Rize as your only alarm for critical situations (flights, exams, medication, work shifts). Use a backup where missing a wake-up would cause harm or loss.
You may use Rize only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its services.
The push-up challenge involves physical exercise. Participate only if you are physically able; stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Rize provides no medical advice.
Rize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages resulting from a missed alarm. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
